WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHERE ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL TO?
We are based in Leeds, but travel all over the UK and around the world subject to travel fees. A lot of our weddings are in fact outside of Leeds giving us a wide diverse portfolio.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR DESTINATION WEDDING?
Yes we are available for destination weddings and have special packages in place for couples making it as financially viable as possible to take out the 21 Degrees team, get in touch for more information.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?
The sooner the better just so we can confirm we have your wedding date available, we have also filmed a wedding within a week (last minute we know) but we enjoy what we do.
WE'D LIKE TO BOOK YOU, WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP?
Head to our Contact page and fill out the initial form, we will be in touch via email or phone (if preferred) and confirm if we are available on your wedding date. From there we will get you booked in on your preferred package take deposit and then finalise your bookings with a follow up closure to your wedding for a wedding consultation.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required per service.
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?
The final balance is due 10 days before your wedding date.
DO YOU OFFER DRONE FOOTAGE?
Yes we offer drone videography and love to get amazing aerial footage of your wedding providing we have the necessary permission from the wedding venue, CAA and the weather conditions are safe on the day to fly.
HOW DO YOU WORK WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Videographers and Photographers are there on the day to get the best possible photos and video shots as possible for the Bride & Groom, so it’s important we respect one another jobs. This includes making sure we don’t get in the way of one another, supporting each other so we are making the most of time we have with the Bride, Groom & guests. An experienced photographer and videographer know how to compliment one another on the day so there are never any issues.
DO YOU OFFER A WEEKDAY DISCOUNT?
Afraid not, we don’t offer any weekday discount as we always put the same amount of time and effort into each and every film whether the wedding day itself is on a weekend, weekday or bank holiday. The costs of our equipment, overheads, insurance and labour is all factored into the pricing of our packages which we believe to be very fair.
